The space
One of two brand-new studio bungalows at the ArtStudios. Timeless design and high-end finishes with the practical things done properly: pin-code entry, bedside switches, universal outlets, private high-speed WiFi, a 50" HDTV and Sonos. The kitchen is real — Samsung French-door fridge, stainless gas stove, kettle, drip coffee — and the dedicated workspace sits behind its own door.
Guest access
The Studios (N + S) share their own saltwater pool and rope-net platform, plus the private pickleball court and covered parking inside the gate. Every stay shares the gated compound: a saltwater pool held at the tree line, a rope-net lounge platform, a full tournament-size pickleball court with roof and floodlights, covered parking inside the gate, and the gallery hallways where Lacy's latest canvases hang.
