The space
Brand new and built with intent: timeless design, high-end finishes, and the small smart things that make a week easy — pin-code entry, bedside light switches, universal outlets, Sonos throughout, and fast private WiFi. The two studios each have a full kitchen, bathroom and private deck; the main house adds a chef-sized kitchen, a common dining and lounge space that opens wide to the terrace, and the master suite set inside Lacy's art studio. Single-level, no stairs anywhere.

Private saltwater pool (open 24 hours, year-round), rope-net chill platform, and the on-site pickleball court — full tournament size, roofed and floodlit. Covered parking inside the gate.
