The space
The second of the two studio bungalows, mirroring North's calm layout: high-end finishes, pin-code entry, bedside switches, universal outlets, private high-speed WiFi, 50" HDTV and Sonos. The kitchen steps up with a stainless single oven alongside the gas stove and Samsung French-door fridge.
Guest access
The Studios (N + S) share their own saltwater pool and rope-net platform, plus the private pickleball court and covered parking inside the gate. Every stay shares the gated compound: a saltwater pool held at the tree line, a rope-net lounge platform, a full tournament-size pickleball court with roof and floodlights, covered parking inside the gate, and the gallery hallways where Lacy's latest canvases hang.
